People Solutions Director - Europe

Current Need 

People Solutions Director (fluent in English and French and/or German) 

Position Description 

To play a key role in determining the outputs from the pre-project analysis process in respect of the People Solutions aspects of the engagement.  To direct and manage a cluster of projects in installing the People Solutions outputs identified and sold to the client as part of the pre-project analysis process.  

Requirements 

Business Review (Pre-project analysis phase) 

-       Work closely with the Analysts to identify the full range of People Solution services that will maximise the effectiveness of the proposed engagement 

-       Quantify the material cost and the man weeks associated with the People Solutions aspects of the proposed engagements 

-       Carry out analysis studies (including diagnostics) during the pre-project analysis  that support the overall engagement, focussing on the People Solutions aspects 

-       Provide materials and presentation scripting for the Analyst 

-       Participate in the Pre-Layout and Layout Reviews conducted by the Director of Operations to ensure the proper inclusion of People Solutions 

-       Direct the People Solutions activity on the engagement, in person, on the client site 

-       Ensure the People Solutions aspects of the engagement are delivered on time, in budget to the highest quality 

-       Ensure the right individual skills are brought to the engagements 

Business Repeat 

-       Participate in the aspects of Business Repeat that require People Solutions offerings 

-       Participate in more work meetings 
 

General 

-       Maintain a good overview of all People Solutions products and offerings 

-       Match the People Solutions products and offerings to clients who can benefit from the offerings 

-       Match the products and offerings culturally to clients’ needs  

-       Contribute to required weekly and monthly management reporting 

-       Contribute to the People Solutions toolkit on Socrates in respect of every engagement that offers new innovation 

-       Completion of appraisals fairly in a timely manner in face to face meeting using the standard documentation 

-       Regular use of knowledge management databases
